DIVERSION OF PART PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 129/1 REEPHAM PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025

The above Order made on 2 July 2025 will divert the whole width of that part of Public Footpath Number 129/1 in the parish of Reepham running from Meadows Lane at Point A (OSGR TF 0401 7403) in a generally northerly direction for approximately 245 metres to Point B (OSGR TF 0404 7428) where it will continue on its unaffected route. 

The total length of footpath to be diverted is approximately 245 metres shown between points A-B on Order Drawing Number 825-2I-107 TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE in the parish of Reepham to be 2 metres in width, running from Meadows Lane at Point C (OSGR TF 0399 7411) in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 182 metres to Point B (OSGR TF 0404 7428) The total length of footpath to be added to be approximately 182 metres as shown between points C-B on Order Drawing Number 825-2I-107

A copy of the Order and the Order drawing have been placed and may be seen during office hours at Main Reception, West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, DN21 2NA. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to George Backovic, Development Management Team Leader, West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, DN21 2NA or e-mail george.backovic@west-lindsey. gov.uk to be received no later than 22 August 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn West Lindsey District Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
