Hampshire County Council has APPROVED SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS an application for planning permission for:

1. Variation of Conditions 13 (Noise monitoring scheme) and 15 (Removal of plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads) of Planning Permission BDB/64542

2. Installation of a new oil storage tank at Weston Common, Humbly Grove Oilfield

3. Variation of Conditions 2 (Hours of working) and 3 (Restoration) of Planning Permission 17/00289/CMA

4. Variation of Conditions 1 (Exportation of oil by tanker) and 17 (Removal of plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads) of Planning Permission 17/01340/HCC

5. Variation of Conditions 1 (Exportation of oil by tanker) and 17 (Removal of plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads) of Planning Permission 17/01917/CMA

6. Variation of Conditions 9 (Removal of plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads) and 14 (Noise monitoring procedure) of Planning Permission BDB/55931

7. Variation of Conditions 2 (Removal of the gas turbine electrical generator units), 3 (Noise suppression scheme) and 6 (External wall paint colour) of Planning Permission BDB48339

8. Variation of Conditions 1 (Exportation of oil by tanker) and 17 (Removal of plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads) of Planning Permission 26326/014

9. Variation of Conditions 2 (External materials) and 3 (Cessation of the use and removal of post control building) of Planning Permission BDB/68298

10. Variation of Conditions 2 (Retention of plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads) and 11 (Vehicular parking and turning) of Planning Permission 11/01156/CMA

11. Variation of Conditions 26 (Restoration), 2 (Siting, design, external appearance and access to above ground structures, discharged on 14.04.2005), Condition 21 (noise monitoring scheme, discharged on 14.04.2005) and the removal of discharged pre-commencement Conditions 1 (Submission of method of working), 23 and 24 (Bat investigation) and 25 (Written archaeological scheme of investigation) of Planning Permission RFBZ/001/0031C.

The application was accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the documents related to the decision on the Development Management website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2024/0535 or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application.

It is open to a person aggrieved by this decision to apply to challenge it by way of a judicial review. Applications for judicial review are dealt with by the Administrative Court.

Applications for leave to apply for judicial review must be made as soon as possible after the decision in question is made and in any event no later than three months after it.
