HS/LB/25/00376 27 Tackleway, Hastings. Fireplace alterations & associated
works
DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
HS/FA/25/00280 The John Logie Baird Public House, 29-31 Havelock Road,
Hastings. Removal of the front terraced area in order to extend the internal
customer seating to the front of the building, with new shopfront double
doors, bi-fold doors and entrance lobby. The existing shopfront balustrades
will be removed and replaced.
HS/FA/25/00357 Lloyds TSB, 16-17 Wellington Place, Hastings.
Replacement of the 1 no. existing external ATM to front elevation; 2 no.
existing windows in the front elevation to be applied with new privacy films
on windows internally; 4 no. existing windows in the rear elevation to be
applied with new privacy films on windows internally. The addition of 1no.
CCTV camera to front elevation. (amended description)
HS/FA/25/00390 Flat 21, Medlow Court, 56 Eversfield Place, St Leonardson-sea. Proposed replacement of 2 no. front elevation timber sliding sash
windows with uPVC sliding sash windows
AMENDED PLANS APPLICATIONS
HS/FA/25/00172 Site of former 34, West Street, Hastings. Partial demolition
and reconstruction of existing rear single-storey enclosure along the eastern
elevation of 1 East Parade and construction of two new dwellings. Works to
include abutment work to 1 East Parade. Proposed Amendment: Amended
development description. New drainage information.

Place, Hastings. Comments about applications can be made online or sent
to the Planning Services Manager within 21 days from the date of this notice
or 14 days for amended plans. An additional day will be added for each
bank/public holiday in England that falls during the consultation period.
Comments received are public documents and will be published on the
internet. Requests for confidentiality cannot be accepted.
