What is planned?
Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: ZA25/27119/VARLBC Proposal: Section 73 application to vary condition no. 2 (Approved Plans) of Listed Building Consent ref: ZA24/25740/LBC to allow the following changes: 1. Alteration to Elevation 1, ground floor, entrance Unit 1 (31 & 33 High Street), widening of stone piers on each side of the entrance; 2. Addition of single external door to Elevation 6; 3. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
