What is planned?

Notice is hereby given that an appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against the decision of Teignbridge District Council to refuse planning for the proposal with reference: 25/00815/FUL, for the 'construction and operation of a micro energy storage project', located at Land At Ngr 284599 68043, Two Mile Oak Cross, Newton Abbot, TQ12 6DF.
The appeal will be determined on the basis of written representations. Any comments already made following the original application will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate, and will be considered by the Inspector unless withdrawn.
