Location: 21 - 23 Broadway, Stratford, London, E15 4BQ.
Construction of 2no. additional storeys (third and fourth floor) to create 1 x 1 bed unit and 1 x 3 bed unit, including formation of 3no. roof terraces, additional window openings to flank elevation with associated amenity, bin stores and cycle storage. Existing entrance lobby on the ground floor to be extended into the commercial unit to relocate the refuse store and provide space for 3no. cycle storage spaces. (Application site is located within Stratford St. Johns Conservation area and is affecting setting of Grade II Listed Buildings).
