NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Coach House Flat, 8 Nuxley Road, Belvedere, London Kent, DA17 5JF. Take notice that application is being made by: Accommodate-UK Ltd, Mr Thomas Draper. For planning permission to:
Build a coach house flat over the entrance way to the rear yard situated behind 8 Nuxley Road, Belvedere and refurbish the rear yard of the same.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Bexley, Upton Road, Crayford Ness DA6 8LX. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.
