MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
20250596 - Land At Dalefield Way (West), Gravesend, Kent, DA12 2FL - Use of the land for open storage of construction related equipment and operations related to Dalefield Way Industrial Park (B8 use) with associated installation of hardstanding/surface treatment.
20250721 - Nuralite Industrial Estate, Canal Road, Higham, Rochester, Kent, ME3 7JA - Application for variation of condition 7 and removal of conditions 4, 6 and 12 attached to planning permission reference number 20230885 for application for a non-material amendment to planning permission reference number 20190290 to allow the addition of plan number 23/171/14 and the amendment of conditions 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, 11, 12, 13, 14,15 and 23; to allow removal of condition 4 re passing places as this is no longer a workable proposal following three dimensional surveying and landowner approaches, amendment to condition 7 to now be a permanent TRO for all traffic, removal of condition 12 on a site wide scheme of archaeological investigation and removal of Condition 6 requiring the submission and approval of the temporary traffic signals to be placed on Canal Road.
