NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
KCC/TM/0080/2025 – Proposed development at Blaise Farm Quarry, Quarryman’s Road, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4PN.
Envar Composting Limited is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for the Construction of 2 new portal frame buildings to accommodate finished compost and a workshop, replacement and re-location of site offices/welfare facilities and associated parking, and proposed installation of a biofilter to existing reception building.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
