2025/0614/LDC Certificate of Lawfulness - This lawful existing use development seeks to establish the lawful use of the land for a primary land uses of Use Class E at 8 Carr House Lane, Wrightington. The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Acts 1981 applies.
