Proposal affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area 25/00618/FULL 11-13 MARLBOROUGH AVENUE 
1. Change of use from C3 dwellings to mixed use of supported accommodation and office (sui generis use), 
2. External alterations involving installation of external render, new windows and new palisade and timber fencing to rear (Retrospective application)

Proposal affecting the setting of a Listed Building 

25/00579/FULL HULL DENTAL ACCESS CENTRE 71-73 JAMESON STREET 
External alterations involving:- 
1. Installation of roof covering to rear flat-roof extension, including fixing of upstands to rear elevations of original building; 
2. Installation of hand rails to rear flat-roof extension; 
3. Installation of rooflights to rear flat-roof extension; 
4. Installation of replacement steel door to rear elevation of original building (to access roof).

Listed Building Consent 
25/00580/LBC HULL DENTAL ACCESS CENTRE 71-73 JAMESON STREET 
Listed Building Consent application for external and internal alterations involving:- 
1. Installation of roof covering to rear flat-roof extension, including fixings of upstands to rear elevations of original building. 
2. Installation of replacement steel door to rear elevation of original building (to access roof of extension) 
3. Minor internal works to facilitate replacement of electrical distribution boards.

Proposal affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area and the setting of a Listed Building 
25/00506/FULL FORMER DEBENHAMS STORE PROSPECT STREET 
External alterations to the existing building including the installation of an atrium, installation of new window openings, and replacement of existing windows to upvc.
