Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 26/25/00004: Chandlers Cottage, Chandlers Lane, Edington, Bridgwater, TA7 9JY.

Conversion of outbuilding into utility with internal alterations & installation of rooflight. This application is of public interest & this development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

Conversion of outbuilding into utility with internal alterations & installation of rooflight. This application affects a listed building.

Application No. 34/25/00005: Land to the North Of, Olivers Road, Middlezoy, Bridgwater.

Variation of Condition 1 of Planning Permission 34/24/00005 (Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 34/24/00003 (Variation of Condition 5 of Planning Permission Application No. 34/23/00007 (Proposed formation of a temporary material stockpile for reservoir embankment construction, erection of fencing & gates, siting of welfare unit, alterations to existing access with parking & turning area.) to amend previously submitted documentation, to allow for a change to the proposed access route.) to amend the approved plans list in Schedule A to permit the amendment of the consented height of the stockpile.) to extend use of the Site until 2027, with a date to reinstate the site to its former condition no later than 31st December 2027. Installation of 2No. 1.8m wooden French Doors (to match existing), relocation of internal WC, & removal of 2No. internal breezeblock walls. This application affects a listed building & the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 37/25/00042: Bridgwater Gateway Development, Bridgwater Road, North Petherton, Bridgwater.

Variation of Conditions 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14 & 22 of Planning Permission 37/22/00071 (Hybrid planning application (Outline & Full), Outline planning application with some matters reserved for the erection of 15no. dwellings, including green infrastructure, drainage & other associated infrastructure works. Full planning application for the erection of 346no. dwellings, including green infrastructure, drainage & other associated infrastructure works (Phase 2).) to amend the site layout to provide adoptable roads, replace house types, amend dwelling heights, increase the proportion of 3-bed homes, re-orient houses to overlook open spaces, add a 3m wide shared cycle & pedestrian route through the site, replace ‘communal gardens’ with private gardens, & amend the parking layout. This proposal is a major development.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
