Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings
25/40796/HOU - 1 Church Lane Bradley Stafford - Single storey side and rear extension. Front Porch
25/40887/LBC - 30 High Street Stone Staffordshire - Installation of a new rear access door with associated works
25/40684/LBC - Hoomill Bridge No 76 Hoo Mill Lane Great Haywood - Partially demolish and rebuild a 2m section of a by-wash culvert just east of Hoomill bridge
24/40019/FUL - Land To The Rear Of 32 High Street Gnosall Stafford - Erection of a bungalow to the rear of 32 High Street
Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 13 August 2025.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 13 August 2025. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
