Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Gedling Borough Council for the following:-
Plan No : 2025/0550
Location : Development Site Chase Farm Arnold Lane Gedling Nottinghamshire
Proposal : Reserved Matters application for Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale in relation to outline planning permission 2017/1571 for “Erection of employment units (Class B1c/B2/B8 Use), Pub/Restaurant (Class A3/A4 Use) and Drive Thru (Class A3 Use), together with associated parking, servicing and landscaping.”

A copy of this application and documents submitted with it may be inspected at the Civic Centre, Arnot hill Park, Arnold, Nottingham during normal working hours, or on the Council’s website at http://www.gedling.gov.uk. during the period of 14 days beginning with the date of this notice.
