Take notice that application is being made by: Plans 2 Extend Ltd on behalf of Mr Mark Thorp
For planning permission to: Full planning application for rear bay window at ground and first floor level, garage conversion and front single storey extension with a wrap around canopy roof. Dormer addition to second floor level including retrospective approval for change of use of land to form private garden area, together with the erection of a 1.9mtr boundary fence line
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Manchester City Council
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
