DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING

10/25/0438: Holt Lane Barn, Blackburn Road, Edgworth, Bolton. Full Planning application for Replacement of the glass into the windows on the Eastern elevation (courtyard side) to stonework to match the existing building and replace the glass roof with stone slate on both the Eastern and Western elevations, erection of boundary fencing and installation of two flues on the Western and Northern elevation. 10/25/0822: Kirkhill Hall Farm, Long Hey Lane, Hoddlesden, Darwen. Full Planning application for Change of use and alterations to attached agricultural building to form additional living accommodation. Applicant: Mr & Mrs S & J Entwistle
