The following will be determined under all/part of the above
25/01291/FUL - 1 Fawcett Street Sunderland SR1 1SJ. NAMS PVT LTD is
applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Installation of extraction
canopy to rear and new shopfront.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of various listed
buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of
Architectural or Historic Interest.
25/01566/LBC - Victoria Viaduct Victoria Bridge House Washington NE38
8LQ. Nexus is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Initial
inspections and intrusive works including Localised ground investigations;
Intrusive structural investigations and associated reinstatement; The
purpose of these investigations is to support a feasibility study which may
lead to proposals to bring the structure back into rail use.
This relates to a grade II Star structure included in the Statutory List of
Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
25/00964/FUL - 40 Pallion Trading Estate Sunderland SR4 6SX. Learning
Curve Group is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Proposed
change of use from existing industrial unit (Use Class B8) to industrial unit
with training and education centre (Sui Generis).
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the
Development Plan.

9TW. Grupotec Solar UK 9 Limited is applying to the Local Planning
Authority for: Installation of a solar farm together with all associated works,
equipment and necessary infrastructure including battery storage.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the
Development Plan and relates to development on land or buildings owned
by the Sunderland City Council.
Copies of the application and plans are available for inspection at City Hall,
Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to
Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility.
