DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE FOR DEVELOPMENT
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council intend to dispose of approximately 3.7 acres of land located at Benton Road, South Shields, which consists of open space. Any objections to the intended proposal must be made in writing to the Head of Asset Management at the address below to arrive no later than 22nd h August 2025.
