b) Erection of a free standing store building and
extension to existing workshop (Retrospective) at
Harsh Limited Unit 10 North Avenue The Airfield
Common Lane Full Sutton East Riding of Yorkshire
YO41 1HS (Ref: 25/01638/PLF)
Proposal (a) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,b) are major developments.
