At Unit 1C Squires Gate Industrial Estate, Squires Gate Lane, Blackpool, FY4 3RN. This proposal is being publicised because it is a departure from the Local Plan.

I give notice that NEXT plc, Pavilion Property Trustees Limited and Pavilion Trustees Limited are applying to Blackpool Council to Vary a condition for erection of 2 storey side extension and alterations to front elevation of existing building. (Application under Section 73 of the Planning Act to vary condition 8 attached to planning permission 22/0195 to allow for the sale of Class E(a) comparison goods only).
