25/01158/LBC SHILLINGFORD - Grange House, Pengellys Farm . Retrospective consent for emergency structural repairs to two elevations, including lime mortar repointing and helibar installation at all four corners to stabilise movement.
Additional proposed works include repointing of remaining two house elevations and both annex walls (currently in cement mortar), installation of ventilated ridge and eaves system, removal of a gable window and installation of a concealed steel I-beam to tie annex walls and support sagging purlins
