TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990: 

R/2025/0291/LB: LBC for replacement and repair to windows at 4 Market Place Westgate, Guisborough 

R/2025/0350/CA: Demolition of dwelling and construction of new 2.5 storey dwelling at The Bungalow, Victoria Terrace, Saltburn 

R/2025/0359/LB & R/2025/0360/AC: Planning & LBC for the display of 3 illuminated 'theatre' sign at Saltburn Community and Art Centre, Albion Terrace, Saltburn

R/2025/0408/LB: LBC for variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plan) and Removal of condition 3 (Occupancy) on planning approval 

R/2022/0810/FF for the conversion of two vacant buildings to two holiday lets with first floor extension in one building and external alterations to both buildings at Tofts Farm, Marske Road, Saltburn 

R/2025/0440/CA: Installation of plant equipment to rear roof at Sainsbury's local, 113-115 High Street, Marske 

R/2025/0442/LB: LBC for repair works to provide additional support to roof structure at 3 Zetland Mews, Saltburn 

R/2025/0455/CA: Change of use from residential (Class C3) to extension of existing dental practice at 118-120 Westgate (Class E(e)) at 122 Westgate, Guisborough

Applications which affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 67 of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2025/0407/VC: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plan) and Removal of condition 3 (Occupancy) on planning approval R/2022/0810/FF for the conversion of two vacant buildings to two holiday lets with first floor extension in one building and external alterations to both buildings at Tofts Farm, Marske Road, Saltburn 

R/2025/0435/FF: Installation of 4 electric vehicle charging stations; existing parking spaces will become EV charging bays and associated equipment at The Wheatland Farm, Redcar Road, Redcar

Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015: 

**R/2025/0398/FF: Siting of holiday caravan for private use at Land south of Middlesbrough Road Guisborough 

**(The above proposals do not accord with the provisions of the development plans in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated) 

R/2025/0437/OOM: Outline application (layout and landscaping reserved) for addition of two storeys above existing building including four storey rear extension with parking provision at ground level to create 40(no) apartments at Craigton House, West Terrace, Redcar

Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
