Change of use of detached annexe to 1no residential dwelling house. (Erection of 1.8m and 1.2m boundary fencing) at Orchard Farm, Cowpen Bewley, Billingham by Sean McLean Design 25/1387/COU.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 Notice Under Article 15:

Outline planning application with all matters reserved except access for up to 600 dwellings. at Land East Of Holdenfields Farm, Green Lane, Yarm by Mr Steven Longstaff, ELG Planning 25/1330/OUT.
