What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

Meadow View, Chobham Road, Knaphill, Woking. PLAN/2025/0535/BBA: Retrospective planning permission for 2no. sheds for the storage of garden equipment and a pergola to the east side of the main house. Greystones, Heathside Park Road, Woking.

PLAN/2025/0552/ML: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension following demolition of existing external stores. Replacement front bay windows and alterations to fenestration. Replacement render on external walls and installation of 2No solar panels to front elevation.

Warnborough House, 9 Woodham Gate, Woking. PLAN/2025/0575/DR: Erection of a single storey side extension. Martham, Littlewick Road, Knaphill, Woking.

PLAN/2025/0551/ML: Erection of two storey side and rear extensions and demolition of existing outbuilding. Insertion of side rooflight.

NB: You should be aware that the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 2000 allows anyone the right to examine and receive copies of your representations.
