Proposed development at: Land to the south-east and south-west of New Ash Green including land at Ridley Court Farm, Rectory Road and land adjacent to Eaglesfield Equestrian Centre, West Yoke and the highway linking these two land parcels. New Ash Green, Kent TN15 7EX

For planning permission to: Proposed development of a photovoltaic solar array farm with associated ancillary infrastructure, cable route, grid connection and new access track, alongside localized land re-grading works.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Sevenoaks District Council. Sevenoaks District Council, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
