PUBLIC INQUIRY TO OPEN ON 12/08/25 
COMMENCING AT 10AM

Notice is hereby given that an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry to determine the following planning appeal: Relating to the application to Somerset Council for the Erection of 74 dwellings, 1 No. Children with Disabilities Homes including means of access, drainage, landscaping and associated works at Land at 377700 149200 Packsaddle Way, Frome, Somerset (2023/0864/FUL). 

The Inquiry will be held at: The Council Chamber, Council Offices, Cannards Grave Rd, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5BT on Tuesday 12th August at 10am.
