1. Variation of conditions imposed on extant planning permission
RR/2017/2097/P to amend design and layout of new nursing care home with specialist care Rye and Winchelsea District Memorial Hospital - Land South of, Peasmarsh Road, Rye Foreign RR/2025/1013/P
2. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Demolition of existing
garage/showroom sales building. Replacement with new. Brede Garage,
Cackle Street, Brede RR/2025/1014/P
3. Proposed two storey side infill extension. Changes to existing fenestration on southern side to improve traditional facade. Internal wall alterations. Park Oast, Wittersham Road, Iden RR/2025/1028/P & RR/2025/1029/L
4. Internal removal and reconfiguration of modern partitions at ground and first floor of cottage (including removal of chimney). Internal reconfiguration of first floor of garage to provide a home office/storage. External works to cottage to provide French doors to south elevation and door changed to window. External works to garage to provide new glazing to south elevation and replacement of timber shingles with weatherboarding. Refurbishment of stone steps and replacement of timber balustrade/handrail to external staircase to garage with metal balustrade and handrail. 7. Bexhill Town Centre Conservation Area. Phased internal and external
restoration, refurbishment and alteration works to the existing building,
including internal and external demolition works, reconfiguration works, an
extension to the south west of the pavilion building, associated plant and
enclosures and hard and soft landscape works, including access

9. Battle Conservation Area. Change of use of building to sui generis

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 11 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 3, 4, 5, 6, 10 and 11 above.
