TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015.

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT AND REGULATIONS 1990

(Notices under Article 15, Sections 67/73 or Regulation 5 as appropriate)

The following application(s) are located within a Conservation Area, the character and appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance:

Site Address: 12 FOREST RIDGE, KESTON, BR2 6EQ (25/03102)

Proposal: Proposed security railings and gates to front boundary of family dwelling and associated landscaping (removal of existing Conifers and planting of new Yew hedge).

Site Address: PAMPHILON HOUSE, 196 HIGH STREET, BROMLEY, BR1 1HE (25/03264)

Proposal: Use of the existing main building to provide flexible Use Class E or drinking establishment (sui generis) use at ground floor level (in accordance with Schedule 2, Part 3, Class V of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended)), ancillary Class E or drinking establishment (sui generis) use within the existing basement (in part), office (Use Class E) at first floor, and 3 no. residential apartments (Use Class C3) above, plus demolition of existing single-storey and erection of new three-storey extension building to rear and retention of existing Stable Block to provide 6 no. residential apartments (Use Class C3) and gym and fitness studio (Use Class E), with ancillary cycle parking and landscaping. Update to planning permission ref. 20/01293/FULL1, dated 29th June 2020, to reflect the changes to the Use Classes Order introduced on 1st August 2021.

Proposal: Alterations to rear extension roof, loft conversion incorporating front, side and rear solar roof, rear roof dormer, two front roof lights and elevational alterations.

Site Address: 1 BIRCHWOOD ROAD PETTS WOOD ORPINGTON BR5 1NX (25/01639)

Proposal: To demolish existing front boundary wall and replace with a brick wall with automated vehicle access gate.

Address: Removal of existing pergola, external bar and stretch tent. Erection of frame retractable roof pergola with sliding glazed side panels and erection of external bar. Relocation of existing external moveable kitchen.

In the case of applications for householder or minor commercial development, where an appeal is made against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
