b) Variation of condition 2 (extraction cessation date)
of planning permission 00/04157/PLF (Extension
to existing chalk quarry) to allow for an extended
mineral extraction and restoration period at Huggate
Quarry Pocklington Lane Huggate YO42 1YJ
(Ref: 25/01616/STVAR)
c) Erection of a detached double garage at Oak View
Church Side Goodmanham YO43 3RZ
(Ref: 25/01787/PLF)
d) Installation of a sewage treatment drainage system,
new bollards and alterations to raised seating area,
guarding and access (Retrospective) at site of former
Petrol Filling Station 2 The Square Stamford Bridge
YO41 1AF (Ref: 25/01784/PLF)
Proposals (a,c,d) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) is a major development.
