SCHEDULE 23 PART V DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees intends to dispose of the land described below, which form pan of public open spaces:
- Land adjacent to Grangefield Road, Stockton measuring 1,026 sqm, TS18 4AB, measuring 1,505 Square meters/1122 Square Yards or thereabouts.
Plans identifying the land are on deposit at Stockton Council, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ, and may be examined there upon request at landandproperty@stockton.gov.uk.
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to the Valuation and Property Manager, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ, before 13 August 2025.
