b) Variation of Condition 2 (materials) and Condition 4 (approved plan) of planning permission 25/00896/PLF (Erection of a garage) to allow garage to be built in brick at Rosedene 35A Main Street Hotham YO43 4UD (Ref: 25/01777/VAR)

c) Erection of a replacement garage, store and gym following removal of existing garage, store and gym at Kirklea Sunk Island Road Ottringham HU12 0DS (Ref: 25/01433/PLF)

d) Outline - Residential development for the erection of up to four detached dwellings (Access to be considered) at Land South of 5 Sands Lane Elloughton HU15 1JH (Ref: 25/01171/OUT)

e) Display of two non-illuminated fascia signs at 21 Flemingate Beverley HU17 0NP (Ref: 25/01539/PAD)

f) Installation of 20 no. solar PV panels to front and lowering of 3 no. dormer window sills to rear at Hollow Meadow Garth Ends Road Bishop Burton HU17 8QR (Ref: 25/01621/PLF)

g) Erection of a single storey extension to rear following demolition of existing glazed rear extension, construction of two cat slide dormer windows to rear, installation of two roof lights to front, replacement windows to both east end gable elevation, rear bedroom and bathroom and internal remodelling at 102 Thwaite Street Cottingham HU16 4RQ (Ref: 25/01625/PLB)

h) Partial replacement of flat roof and pitched roof coverings to Key Stage 2 building, removal and replacement of asbestos soffits, infilling of glazed areas, removal of rooflights on pitched roof to be replaced with tiles, infilling of roof lanterns on flat roof, infilling of high level parapet windows above kitchen, installation of PV panels on south-facing elevation of pitched roof and new gully and connection into sewer at North Ferriby CE VC Primary School Church Road North Ferriby HU14 3BZ (Ref: 25/01764/REG3)

i) Erection of a single storey extension to rear following demolition of existing glazed rear extension, construction of two cat slide dormer windows to rear, installation of two roof lights to front, replacement windows to both east end gable elevation, rear bedroom and bathroom and internal remodelling at 102 Thwaite Street Cottingham HU16 4RQ (Ref: 25/01624/PLF)

j) Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) and removal of Condition 8 (floor, eaves and ridge levels), Condition 9 (disposal of sewerage and foul water) and Condition 10 (discharge of surface water) of planning permission 24/00783/PLF (Erection of two dwellings following demolition of existing dwelling) to reflect the amended finish floor levels at Applewood 12 Grosvenor Place Beverley HU17 8LY (Ref: 25/01813/VAR)

Proposals (a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,e,g,i) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,b,c,e,g,i) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
