The following will be determined under all/part of the above
25/01466/LP3 - 5 Elms West Sunderland SR2 7BY. Sunderland City
Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use from
dwelling house (Use Class C3) to provide supported accommodation
consisting of 9no. Bedrooms (Use Class C2).
The application relates to development intended to be carried out by the
City of Sunderland.
Copies of the application and plans are available for inspection at City Hall,
Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to
Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility.
