What is planned?
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013, as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.
Notice of pre-application consultation under Regulation 7 (2) (b).
Proposed development of land 140 Metres North Of 15 Lochside Avenue, Edinburgh, including erection of hotel with ancillary facilities including restaurant, with associated infrastructure, works landscaping, access and car parking (Proposal of Application Notice ref. 25/02999/PAN).
A second in-person event will take place at 1 New Park Square, 1 Airborne Place, Edinburgh Park, EH12 9GR (Third Floor), on Wednesday 23 July 2025 between 4-7pm. Proposals can be viewed and discussed with the project team, with feedback provided on comments received from the first event.
