NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1) Replacement of existing advertisement with display of 1 no. static internally illuminated fascia sign, 1 no. of static internally illuminated projecting/hanging sign and 1 No. non-illuminated vinyl graphic.

At WHSmith 19-21 High Street Dartford

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the  Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/25/00696/ADV).

2) Section 73 application to vary conditions 2 (approved plans), 9 (Flood Risk & Drainage details) 15 (Landscaping), 17 (Travel Plan), 22 (BREEAM) and 30 (Mezzanine Floors) to provide minor material amendments to the approved scheme ref. DA/20/01202/FUL for ‘Demolition of existing buildings and construction of buildings to provide flexible employment floorspace (Use Classes E(g)/ B2 / B8, with ancillary office accommodation within Use Class E (g)), together with the creation of a new vehicular access via Butterly Avenue, improvements to the existing vehicular access from Hawley Road, provision of car and cycle parking and service yards, drainage works, landscaping, installation of an acoustic fence and other associated works’

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

3) Display of 1 no. freestanding 48-sheet internally illuminated digital poster display of static advertisements at Greenhithe Service Station London Road Greenhithe (Application Ref. No. DA/25/00682/ADV)

and the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building

4) Revised plans and documents received for Construction and operation of a Battery Energy Storage System comprising batteries in storage containers, transformers and associated infrastructure, and works including highway access, earthworks, fencing, CCTV and landscaping. (Application Ref. No. DA/25/00368/FUL) At Land West Of Darenth Road Dartford Kent

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.
