Affecting setting of Listed Building

LOCATION: Francis House, 760 - 762 Barking Road, Plaistow, London, E13 9PJ

Proposal: Construction of new 5th floor to provide 5 x residential dwellings consisting of 4 x 1 bedroom flats and 1 x 2 bedroom flats with balconies to the rear, amenity space and associated works (Application site is affecting the settings of a Grade II Listed Building - Boleyn Public House).

LOCATION: Land Adjacent 426 Romford Road, Forest Gate, London, E7 8DF

Proposal: Erection of a temporary single-storey mosque facility within the curtilage of No. 426 Romford Road for a temporary period of 18 months (This application site falls within Romford Road Conservation Area).

Other Major Applications; Departure from Development Plan

LOCATION: TFL Highway Compound, 14 Armada Way, Beckton, London, E6 7AB

Proposal: Section 73 application to vary Condition 3 (Permission Expiry) and Condition 4 (Alternative sites scheme) - to extend the operations at the site for a further five years from the specified date allowing the depot to remain operational in its current state until 2030, attached to planning permission 15/00367/FUL dated 29.03.2016 which granted permission for:

“Time limited planning permission until the 31st December 2020 for the construction of a TfL highways compound including the erection of a salt store, stores, offices and parking for cars and operational vehicles, the storage of engineering and construction materials and street lighting equipment. (This proposal does not accord with the development plan)”
