I give notice that Solomon House, 19 College Road, Buxton is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission removal of the rear extension and removal of existing porch and the construction of a new porch, Office POD, installation of new PV Cells to roof and new windows and doors to the rear of the property and replacement of all windows and external refurbishment.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at

), or at the Planning Department, The proposed refurbishment to the existing property is to encapsulate the removal of the rear extension and removal of existing porch and the construction of a new porch, Office POD, installation of new PV Cells to roof and new windows and doors to the rear of the property. In addition, it is to include a replacement window scheme and refurbishment of external areas.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 31st July 2025,
