NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: ‘Land to the east and southeast of The Queens Hotel, Southsea’. I GIVE NOTICE that a full planning application is being made to Portsmouth City Council by: Queens Hotel (Portsmouth) Limited and Rego Property (Southsea) Limited, for full planning permission for: ‘The Demolition of no. 12 Osborne Road and the vacant former casino building (no. 18-24 Osborne Road). Construction of two buildings: (a) Residential building fronting Osborne Road with commercial use (Class E) at ground floor level (b) Residential building fronting Clarence Parade. Associated landscaping, car parking, cycle storage, refuse storage, new access from Clarence Parade, and associated works.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of service of this notice or within 14 days of the date of publication in the newspaper to the Head of Development and Planning, Portsmouth City Council, Guildhall Square, Civic Offices, Portsmouth, PO1 2AL.
“Owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest in the land, the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.
“Tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding, any part of which is comprised in the land.
