The Council has published a Service Charter for publicity and information about planning applications and a Code of Conduct for the Planning Process both of which are obtainable from Council Offices free of charge.

by 31.7.25. Please include a daytime telephone number in your reply and quote the appropriate reference when calling or writing.

customers commenting on planning applications we will need you to provide a postal address to enable fair consideration of comments. Cannock
