c) WL/2025/00664: Barnetby: J Steer: 2 Front St: remove outbuildings, alter porch, 2 new door
openings, replace window & erect porch & boundary wall(affects right of way)
d) WL/2025/00667: Keelby: N Bowen: Land off Stallingborough Rd: construction of solar farm & battery energy storage system. (major app) (affects right of way)
e) WL/2025/00676: North Kelsey Moor: E Day: Land off lane to Hill Farm, Grasby Rd: change of use of paddock to dog exercise field. (major app)

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice. Anyone requiring an acknowledgement should state this in writing and send a stamped SAE.
