The following application is for planning permission, which is accompanied by an Environmental Statement and is for a major development as defined in the Planning Acts: Application Number: 25/00291/FULMAJ Proposal: Proposed 2 additional poultry buildings and associated infrastructure Location: Cross House Farm 2 Garstang By Pass Road Churchtown Preston Lancashire Applicant: Mr Rob Parkinson The following application is for Listed Building Consent: Application Number: 25/00527/LBC Proposal: Listed Building Consent (retrospective) for various internal and external repair and maintenance works to listed windmill Location: Marsh Mill Windmill Marsh Mill Village Thornton Cleveleys Lancashire FY5 4JZ Applicant: Mr Neil Turvey. The following applications affect a public right of way: Application Number: 24/00901/FUL Proposal: Erection of an agricultural building, and associated hardstanding, access track and widening of existing vehicular access. Location: Greenark Woodland Nursery Tithebarn Lane Nether Wyresdale Lancashire PR3 1BH Applicant: Mrs S Matthews Application Number: 25/00543/FUL Proposal: Proposed ground mounted solar array, with associated infrastructure Location: Merlewood Country Park Cartford Lane Little Eccleston With Larbreck Lancashire PR3 0YP Applicant: Mr Michael Ward. Representations on the above application should be made by 30th July 2025 as after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision on the application.
