reserved except access, for a drive thru restaurant (Use Class E(b)/Sui Generis) and EV charging hub and full planning permission for an office building (Use Class E(g)(ii)) and a day nursery (Use Class E(f)) with associated landscaping, parking and access arrangements.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
