25/01376/FUL - Land Off Back Lane Penshaw Houghton Le Spring. Mr Alan Smiles is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use of agricultural land to a secure dog field, with new access from Back Lane, track and parking area.
25/01432/OUT - Land Off North Road Hetton-le-Hole Houghton-le-Spring. Gladman Developments Limited
is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except for means of access) for the erection of up to 255 dwellings, with public open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage system (SuDs) and associated infrastructure.
25/01316/FUL - Land At Mulberry Way Fence Houses Industrial Estate Houghton-le-Spring. Persimmon Homes is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Construction of No.58 Dwellings associated Access, Landscaping, Open Space and SuDS.
The proposed three developments above do not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.
25/01123/FUL - 33 Roker Park Road Sunderland SR6 9PG. Mr Thomas Burn is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Proposed external alterations to the front to include replacement of door, timber gates and driveway.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.

Miller Homes is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Variation of condition 2 (Plans) of previous approval 23/02056/LR4 pursuant to planning permission 20/02265/VA4 (16/00388/HY4) to allow for amendments to layout to reflect a rebranding initiative. (Phase 4)
The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from Miller Homes so long as stocks last, at a charge.
