PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Conversion of 60 and 62 into single dwellings to include: at ground floor - construction of door opening, removal of kitchen and construction of wet room, removal of wcs removal of stair/well and making good at first floor - removal of fireplace/chimney breast to form enlarged bedroom, removal of existing ensuites and construction of bathroom, installation and modification of mechanical and electrical services and thermal improvements to 60, 62 and 66 to include removal of existing plaster and renovation using limelite plaster, installation of insulated dry lining to inside face of external walls, replacement of double glazed sliding Yorkshire sash windows at ground and first floor front elevation and remedial repointing of front elevation with natural lime mortar at 60, 62 and 66 Lairgate Beverley HU17 8EU (Ref: 25/01373/PLB)

b) Internal alterations to ground floor arrangement via removal of internal walls, installation of underfloor heating, relocation of historic floor tiles and installation of door and window to replace existing window to rear, alterations to first and second floor arrangement with new internal walls and steel beams and replacement radiators, installation of 3 no. roof lights at ground floor to rear to replace existing and 4no. roof lights to front and rear at second floor and solar panels to rear, construction of patio to rear, repair and refurbishment of roof rafters and replacement of existing felt roof to rear with fiberglass roof and repositioning of boundary wall and gate to rear with removal of oil filling point at 51 North Bar Without Beverley HU17 7AG (Ref: 25/01352/PLB)

c) Internal alterations to alter ground floor arrangement via removal of existing walls, relocation of internal doorway, and new internal wall, installation of a window to side, door with canopy to rear and new fue to side, construction of pitched roof including two roof lights over single storey element to rear to replace existing fat roof with reduction in parapet wall height and blocking up of existing external door and openings to side at 53 North Bar Without Beverley HU17 7AG (Ref: 25/01640/PLB)

d) Erection of a two storey extension to side following demolition of conservatory and replacement garage following demolition of existing at Tower House Tower Road Rims well HU12 0BU (Ref: 25/01551/PLF)

e) Internal alterations to ground floor arrangement via creation of a new internal opening and installation of new paneling, removal of existing kitchen cabinets, replacement of two internal doors and installation of replacement internal window, installation of two roof lights, breather felt and new battens to single storey element to rear, with re roofing of the associated slate roof at New begin House 14-16 New begin Beverley HU17 8EG (Ref: 25/01666/PLB)

f) Provide new external cable entry point and light sensor at first floor level to front, installation of door intercom/magna lock to front door, installation of light fitting and signage to either side of front door, fixing of cctv camera and installation of electrical sockets to internal walls, new ceiling lights internally at ground floor at 21 Fleming ate Beverley HU17 0NP (Ref: 25/01442/PLB)

Proposals (a,b,c,e,f) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
