Guildford Borough Council 

The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. 

These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. 

Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

25/P/00818 1 Walnut Tree Gardens, West Horsley - Erection of a summer house, outbuilding, and fence connecting to the proposed summer house, together with the relocation of the existing fence and installation of a new patio and pathways.

25/P/00844 The Royal Oak, Felday Glade, Holmbury St Mary - Replacement of existing galvanised steel kitchen extractor ductwork to side (south-eastern) elevation.

25/P/00891 8 Abbotswood, Guildford - Part single / two storey rear extension, first floor rear extension with addition of dormer windows and a loft conversion together with changes to fenestration.

25/P/00892 Flat 3, 12 Quarry Street, Guildford - Application for the replacement of rear doors together with the installation of AC unit on rooftop.

25/P/00893 Flat 3, 12 Quarry Street, Guildford - Listed Building Consent for Internal alterations to first floor: swapping of living room with Kitchen. Alterations to second floor: creation of new en-suites together with replacement rear doors and installation of AC unit on rooftop.

25/P/00896 45 Stoke Fields, Guildford - Proposed rear first floor extension.

25/P/00899 Old River Cottage, Millbrook, Guildford - Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (approved drawings) to fill in the corner of the pavilion where a tree is approved to be felled, rotation of the pavilion, adjustment of the stairs, windows and doors to match, concrete plinth to the base of the building walls, upvc windows, doors and guttering of planning permission 

24/P/01174, approved 11/11/2024, for 'Two storey detached pavilion building providing garaging and additional reception room/ lounge, together with changes to internal layout, and landscaping (revision to permission 23/P/02141)'.

25/P/00903 Hester's Yard, 116 Oak Hill, Wood Street Village, Guildford - The erection of 50 residential dwellings (including 25 affordable dwellings) and Parish building, including vehicular and pedestrian access, landscaping, car parking, play area, and community open space with youth and adult play, on land at Hester's Yard, Wood Street Village.

25/P/00904 Red Rose Cottage, Ockham Road South, East Horsley - Listed building consent to replace four wooden casement windows on the front elevation with identical wooden casements.

25/P/00928 Old River Cottage, Millbrook, Guildford - Application under section 19 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act) 1990 Act (as amended) for a variation of condition 3 (submission of samples and details) to amend the approved materials for Listed Building Consent 24/P/1175, approved 11/11/2024, to read: Listed Building Consent for a detached two storey pavilion building providing garaging and additional reception room/ lounge, together with changes to internal layout, and landscaping.

25/P/00939 Jury Farm Cottages, 1 Jury Farm, Ripley Lane, West Horsley - Listed Building Consent for the partial demolition and rebuild of structurally compromised chimney stack on a like for like basis.
