TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

25A/1645- Lamp posts to either side of carriageway on Sandhills Lane, Regent Road, Waterloo Road And Bath Street (3) Applicant Sarah-Jane Hewitt, Liverpool City Region Destination Partnership. To display 50 no. non-illuminated, PVC Lamp post banners. Sites along both sides of the carriageway on Sandhills Lane, Regent Road, Waterloo Road and Bath Street.

25F/1358 - 133a Picton Road (15) Applicant Abdanasser Alghrani. To carry out works to create a new staircase with access to yard for upper floors and carry out internal alterations to upgrade layouts.

25F/0229 - 52c & 52d Chestnut Grove (15) Applicant Aurelie Maigrat Minot Group. To carry out works to the existing site, including first floor extension of one of the existing buildings on the site (Block B), along with the extension to the eaves of an existing garage (Block E), carry out demolition of an existing garage at (Block D), create extra parking space for service vehicles, erection of an awning over the new yard and carry out works to create new openings to window and door to each building on the site.

25F/1680 - Collingwood Dock Regent Road (3) Applicant c/o Agent (Pegasus Group). Temporary use of Collingwood Dock for hospitality space and educational facility for a period of five years.

25F/1331 - 45 Hardman Street (1) Applicant Suleyman Akcicek. To install an external flue to rear elevation.

25F/1548 - Flat 1, 19 Parkfield Road (17) Applicant Shannon Barker. To replace existing bay windows to front ground floor level with timber-alternative upvc windows Amended description.

25F/1518 - Unit 102, The Tea Factory, 80 Wood Street (1) Applicant The Game Assembly. To change use from office (Use Class E(g)(i) to Office (Use Class E(g)(i) and Education Uses (Use Class F1(a)) on the 1st Floor.

25LE/1650 - 114a Bold Street (1) Applicant Mr T Molloy (Sapporo Teppanyaki Ltd). Application for Certificate of Existing Lawful Development for up to 12 Person House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) - Sui Generis.

The applications can be viewed at https://liverpool.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/ Any comments you want to make must be received by 24th July 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
