COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/bridleway or major development.

Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25
Applications Received:
2025/306 & 2025/340 (Listed Building Consent) - Flat, Gate House Farm Barn, Eastbourne Road, Newchapel, Lingfield. Replacement of two wooden single glazed windows (bathroom & kitchen) into wooden double-glazed windows. Roof air vents for kitchen and bathroom. (Application type changed to full).
2025/516 - Lullenden Manor, Hollow Lane, East Grinstead. Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission ref. 2022/530 dated 15th August 2022 (Erection of single storey and first floor extensions, external and internal alterations to existing dwelling. Erection of garage to the north of dwelling. Construction of subterranean tunnel & basement linking proposed garage with existing dwelling. Associated hard and soft landscaping) in order to alter the size and layout of the proposed basement.
2025/245 - Land South of Barrow Green Road, Oxted. Outline application for a residential development of up to 190 dwellings (including affordable homes) (Use Class C3), an extra care facility with up to 80 beds (Use Class C2), together with the formation of vehicular access, landscaping, parking, open space, green and blue infrastructure, and all other associated development works. All matters reserved except access.
2025/452 & 2025/522 (Listed Building Consent) - Ridlands Farm House, Ridlands Lane, Limpsfield, Oxted. Replacement of windows, replacement dormers, installation of rooflights, installation of glazed floor & balustrade and opening of internal spaces. Alterations to the store/garden room including new windows and replacement doors.
2025/571 - Land at Steeple Farm, Church Road, Burstow. Erection of up to 9 dwellings (permission in principle).
2025/528 - South Lodge, Pendell Court, Pendell Road, Bletchingley. Replace single glazed windows with timber double glazed windows. (Listed Building Consent).
2025/594 - 2 Maryland Cottages, Bullbeggars Lane, Godstone. Brick orangery with GRP Flat roof and lantern UPVC window and door.
