Proposed development at Land at Coopers Row, Five Ash Down TN22 3AN. I give notice that Linkwise Properties Ltd c/o Parker Dann is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the variation of condition 6 of WD/2021/1895/MAO (outline application for the erection of up to 40 dwellings) to enable time for southern water to provide capacity within the foul sewerage network.
The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application and associated documents at the Council Offices, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham BN27 2AX between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm, or visit our website https:\\planning.wealden.gov.uk. Any representations should be made in writing to the Head of Planning and Environmental Services quoting the above application reference number no later than 25 July 2025.
