Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications within a conservation area or affecting a listed building: WHSmith 75 High Street Chelmsford Replacement Illuminated signage. Ref No. 25/00885/ADV

Butlers The Street Pleshey Replace rear door & frame. Ref No. 25/00897/LBC

Carriage House Generals Lane Boreham Rebuild of stables. Ref No. 25/00889/FUL

Major development.

Greater Beaulieu Park White Hart Lane Springfield Material Amendment to 09/01314/S73 – Amendment to Parameter Plan 2: Building Heights increase from 12m (3.5 storeys) up to 16.5m (5 storeys) at Station Hub (Zone ZZ). Ref No. 09/01314/S73/1

Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE by 25 July 2025.
