Applicant: Innova Renewables Ltd - Ref: PAP/2025/0265 Land 550 Meters East Of Vauls Farm, Astley Lane, Astley - Underground cable route to connect Bedworth Solar Farm (approved under PAP/2022/0544) to Newdigate substation.
Reason: Major Development.
Applicant: Field - Ref: PAP/2025/0275 Dandys Farm, Newtown Lane, Fillongley, Coleshill - Renovation of existing annexe, ancillary to the main house; internal alterations to form 2 bedrooms, change of the external finish material and glazing, solar panels and log burner flue.
Reason: Affects Setting of Listed Building.
