Part two storey and part first floor rear extension, single storey side extensions following demolition of existing detached garage, and alterations to fenestration.

Change of use and conversion of existing building from Class E to residential use to create 1no two bedroom flat and 2no one bedroom flats, including external alterations to existing fenestration, Insertion of first floor side entry doors and windows, Installation of side external staircase and erection of refuse and cycle stores.

PROPOSAL CONSTITUTING MAJOR DEVELOPMENT AND AFFECTING SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING

Change of use and external alterations to former agricultural buildings comprising grade II listed threshing barn and non-listed courtyard buildings. Any person who wishes to make representations about the PROPOSAL should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
